Hey there, we are using Amelia on a webpage of yoga instructor David. It works fine, but yesterday we say on his old laptop, that some information of his events in Amelia weren't displayed right. We have to say that he uses a very old laptop from 2012 and therefore an old version of Firefox.
Might this be the problem? To which browser version is Amelia downwardly compatible?

on my Mac (MacBookPro 2020) it works fine in every browser. The screenshot is from the Mac of my customer. To be honest, he is using a Mac from 2011 with Firefox. Maybe the Mac is too old? I can tell him to test it on different browsers.

Unfortunately, we could not replicate this issue from our end even though with tried with different devices and browsers.
I would suggest that another device is used to access the Amelia plugin.
