We are currently using Amelia Events in conjunction with our Zoom One Pro account to create and manage online events. However, we have encountered an issue with the Zoom Start Link (Host) functionality that we hope you can assist us with.
Here is the problem we are experiencing:
1. We create an event using Amelia Events, specifying an employee (staff member) as the host for the online event.
2. Initially, the selected employee is able to use the Zoom Start Link (Host) to start the Zoom session as the host without any issues. For example, if we create an event for 06.09.23 and choose a specific employee, they can successfully start the Zoom session as the host.
3. However, the following day or at a later time, when the same employee attempts to use the Zoom Start Link (Host) for the same event, they encounter an error message. This error message indicates that they cannot act as the host because another account is already serving as the host for the meeting.
We would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. It seems that there may be a conflict or limitation with the Zoom Start Link (Host) functionality within Amelia Events, preventing the selected employee from consistently acting as the host for their assigned events.
Could you please provide guidance on how to address this problem and ensure that our designated employees can consistently use the Zoom Start Link (Host) to start their online sessions as hosts without encountering conflicts or restrictions?
We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that they can't reproduce this, no matter how many times they go to the host link for events, it opens to us as a host, and we don't have that error.
We don't have the limits that you mention for access, maybe it's an issue with your account, please check the settings and permissions in zoom. Considering that we've never seen something like this and none of our other users have this kind of issue, and no matter what we try in any environment, we can't reproduce this, most likely it's something to do with your account and your permissions.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Now, I was able to set credentials and I have passed this to our developers to perform checks and we will provide you with an update on this as soon as possible.
We could only reproduce the error with an older link. It seems the automatic login/launch of the link only lasts 2 hours, where you can launch the meeting only using the link. After that you are asked to log in. However when we log in with the user who is the host of the meeting (the meeting is on their their zoom account), zoom lets us launch the meeting. If we login with a different user, we get the error you described. Can you check if the user is truly the host of the meeting? And can you send us a duplicated site if the error persists?

PREMIUM Speaking Club. 12 HOURS NON STOP MEETING has the user [email protected] (without .host) as an organizer, but you sent us credentials for [email protected] and on your video you log in to this account when trying to launch the meeting. The meeting is not on this account, but on [email protected]. Try launching it by logging in to the appropriate account.

Correct us if we are wrong, but, you have stated that: "we've added this employee as a host in the Amelia Event [email protected]", but the Zoom user we see assigned is [email protected] (without host) (see screenshot). Therefore a Zoom user signed in with [email protected] cannot launch this meeting. The Zoom user which is added to an employee on the employee's page is only used with appointments (services). If you are using events you have to designate a Zoom user to every event under "Zoom user" of an event dialog. The Zoom user assigned on an employee dialog is not used with events at all. Also, just as a note, the drop-down for Zoom users, for an event, lists Zoom user display names and Zoom user emails, these are not Amelia employee emails. In case this was the misunderstanding.
