Hi guys why is the event list not showing on mobile with the Amelia Event list? Only when I am logged in is it displaying. Please help this is very urgent?
We can not see the booking form on a laptop either. The reason why the form is not visible for non-logged-in users is not in Amelia, but instead in your security settings. They're either configured in a Security plugin (if you have any), or they're on your server's side.
The best option would be to reach out to your hosting provider, send them the link of the booking page and tell them exactly what you told us - you can see the page when you're logged in as an admin, but you can't see it from an incognito window (or when you're logged out). They should be able to lift the block, so admin-ajax calls are sent for non-logged-in users also.
I'm having this same issue with the new Event List plugin (but not the classic one). Tried Marko's suggestions, and was not successful. Hosting not helpful either. Other AJAX things working fine for non-logged in users. I guess I'll go back to the classic event list shortcode until the new one is out of beta.
I found the issue with my site. It seems that the "Combine JavaScript Files" in the SG Optimizer plugin was causing the issue. Turning off the feature has fixed it.
