Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!

Hello, after creating a formula, the result always shows as 0.00. When the column is summed up, the total result can be displayed.

Hi Gernot,
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

It seems that you have whole numbers as part of your original/origin Header names in these columns?
Currently, there's a bug with Conditional Formatting and Calculation Functions
when it comes to using whole numbers in the headers.
Workaround is to edit the source file and change the header of a column from "1", "2", "3", etc,
to "One", "Two", "Three", etc.
and then modify the display header.
In the Column settings/Display/displayed Header you can then input anything you need with the numbers.
It is just important to keep the 'origin Header' without whole numbers.
Our developers isolated the bug, and they'll add it to their queue for fixing.
They will do their best to build a fix as soon as possible.
We don't have an ETA on when the fix will be available, but please keep a lookout on our wpDataTables changeLog.
It will be stated there during updates which bug fixes have been implemented at each update.
Let me know if the workaround to edit the original Header names works?
Thank you.
And just to advise caution, it depends what is your Table Type.
If this is a table linked to a live file, like CSV/Excel/Google Sheet,
if you just change the Headers on the connected file, then your existing table would break and you have to make a new table,
so the safest way , if that is the case,
is to first make a copy of your source file, there change anything you need,
and do not overwrite the connected file itself,
but rather go in the back-end table settings, and there change the "URL source path" to the source file,
and hit "Save Changes" to the table,
this way the table won't break.
But if it is a SQL Table, then you can be free to change the header names on the source.
Let me know if that helps.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Hello,
Thank you for the feedback.
After reviewing my table, I cannot find any integers (numbers) in the header. Therefore, I assume that the issue cannot be fixed with the workaround you described.

You are correct, this is a new issue that we haven't found before, since you do not have any whole numbers in the Headers.
Can we take a closer look at the back-end of this table, please?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
And point us to the Table ID, please.
Thanks.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
