i am sorry but i don't fully understand what you are trying to achieve.

For the Simple tables, for example we have the option for merged cells.

So if you need an image to span across an entire row, like "merged cells",

this can only be made with Simple Tables.

But from your screenshot , i can see you have a DataTable with columns and rows, not a Simple Table,

so i am not sure what are the steps you did to cause this error?

Can you please show me any screenshots and elaborate a bit more which steps you did,

and what is this table type,

is it editable from our Plugin ( Manual or SQL),

or is it linked from a source File, such as Google Sheet/Excel, etc?

Best is if you can record a Video what you did, when you say "inserted into rows",

if the video has any sensitive data, just send it as a PRIVATE reply, for safety.

And if it gets too large, you can upload to weTransfer and send a download link.
