I have another difficulty configuring it according to our business. I have services that have different durations. When I reserve a service that lasts 45 minutes, Amelia automatically sets the employee's schedules every 45 minutes; For example, the employee has a starting time of 10:30, so he has a reservation for a service that lasts 45 minutes and the following options appear:
10:30, 11:15; 12:00; 12:45; 1:30 p.m.; 14:15; 15:00; 3:45 p.m. and so on, but I want to book it for 3:50 p.m. and it won't let me. How can this be resolved? Then, for example, I put another 30-minute service, because we have services that last different periods of time. Thanks for your help
Hello Jonnathan,
thanks for reaching out to us.
You need to change the default time slot step. By default, it's set to 30 minutes, but if you change it to 5 minutes, for example, then in the employee work hours, you will have the option to set it to 03:50PM, like thisĀ
Feel free to change the work hours an employee according to your liking.
Please, let us know if it works.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
