We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I'm creating a website to enable tennis clubs to rent their courts for pickleball (in free practice). So I added each club client as "employee" and the location of the club as "location".
But 1 tennis court = 4 pickleball courts, so I need my "employees" to be able to manage 4 locations at the same time.
OR
Each location to have 4 employees at the same time with the same email address.
Hello Hugo,
thanks for reaching out to us.
In the work hours of an employee, you have the option to select the location as per each day of the week. If the customer selects the location it will be linked to an employee who is assigned to that location.
As per screenshot
The second option is also possible if you use the workaround for "fake employee".
You can put the same email just place +number before @ and you will be able to save employees but all emails will go to the same email address. For example [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] etc, will be different while saving and you will be able to save all employees but all emails will go to [email protected] address.
So, now when you have 4 employees, you can assign them to different locations. Just a note - it is the location that needs to be assigned to an employee, not the opposite.
I hope i cleared a bit, but feel free to ask if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
