We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Nowhere in the client command is a password defined
when you try to enter the customer interface with an empty password, it doesn't work
when you try to recover your password, you receive an email (Notification) with a link that is not active
In short, there's a problem with the way it works: the customer should be able to enter the interface without a password, as it has never been defined before.
one of the main things that's missing when you select a service is the ability to add other services... I know that requires quite a bit of development but frankly your plugin is really limited at the moment.... I know that there are packages but that's a huge constraint on customers!
Hello Bastien,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
1. You have to option for a customer panel to log in via token that has a limited time of use like nay other token. Then you need to place the customer panel placeholder in notifications
And in this way customer can login vi link without password. But each time they would like to login they would need to require a new link. This is how it work with tokens.
The other possibility is to enable password for a panel like this
You need to place the customer panel placeholder in notifications and first-time customer books and when it clicks on that link they will first see the option to create a password and then they will be able to log in to the panel. They first need to create password so that they can access their on profile on a customer panel.
As for several bookings, we are working on implementing a cart feature and this option should be implemented in the next six months.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
