Thank you for being so understanding, and we hope you enjoy the long weekend!
I updated Amelia last night, and today, we got reports from customers that said they couldn't book appointments on our website because the widgets were not on the page. They were all using mobile devices, a mix of iPhones and Android.
I could not reproduce the issue on my laptop, so I used Browserstack to try to reproduce the issue. I reproduced it with an iPhone 12 in Chrome and Safari.
I reinstalled version 6.4, and the widgets are now appearing in the right places again.
Please let me know when this bug is addressed in a future version.
Thanks!
Hello Sarah,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We do not have such a bug at this time. Can you please do a simple test for us? Please install the latest 6.6 version and see if you can see the booking form on your computer from an incognito window.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
