The problem I encounter is that 8pm is unavailable. The schedule shows 8:15pm only

I encounter several scheduling errors.
When the appointment is at 6:15 p.m., the system does not give me the choice of choosing 6 p.m., or even 5:45 p.m.
The previous appointment ends at 6 p.m. and I would like to start the next appointment at 6 p.m. as well.
How to resolve this error for appointments follows, for example from 5:15 p.m. to 6 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.
