I was using a test employee I created, logged in through the amelia employee portal, clicked add appointment, added an appointment with a test customer I created, after booking the appointment did not appear in my portal. so I logged into the backend admin section of wordpress, went to amelia appointments and saw the appointment I had just created got assigned to another employee.

I had another person report that this same thing happened to them when someone tried to book through our regular booking portal, the employee they selected was not the employee they got assigned after booking. What can I do to get this fixed?
I already sent a support ticket last week but have gotten zero response, making this ticket public in hopes that you will take the time to respond.
Thank you any help would be appreciated, we are having a grand opening and started to get a lot of bookings, I don't want them all to get messed up.

We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, so creating multiple tickets will only increase our queue, it will not speed anything up. We try to be as fast as possible, so thank you for your patience!
