Dear Amelia Support Team,
I hope this email finds you well. I am reaching out because I am experiencing an issue with the Amelia booking plugin on my website.
Recently, I noticed that we are not receiving confirmation emails when a patient makes an appointment online via the Amelia plugin. I have gone through the settings and ensured that the options to send emails to both the customer and the employee are checked. Despite this, the test emails are not being sent, and we are not receiving any confirmation emails.
