We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello team,
I want to hire a developer from your team to allow Amelia to work with Woocommerce multicurrency plugin. I need to accept payment in three different currencies. Is it possible?
I know that currently, Amelia doesn't offer this feature but our business depends on this feature.
I appreciate your support
Samer Hassan
Hello Samer,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
As Amelia doesn't have multi-currency, but if you have enabled WooCommerce and WooCommerce's multi-currency extensions should work.
Amelia is designed to work with WooCommerce, not its add-ons, so integration with this (or any other extension) is not confirmed, and we can't guarantee that it will work, but we leave space for clients to check in with them as well - because perhaps WooCommerce finds a way to overcome this for plugins like ours.
Our developers have multi-currency planned for the future, but at the moment it's not available.
At the moment, our developers to not do customizations.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

I use this plugin with WooCommerce that allows for MultiCurrency, and also allows for pricing to change automatically depending on GeoLocation.
It's called: WooCommerce Multi-currency | By TIV.NET
Thank you Uros, I am looking forward to this feature in the near future.

Thank you Ronnie,
This is the plugin that I am using, the problem is like this,
My default currency is EGP, let's say that the service price is "3000 EGP" and I want my customer to pay based on Geolocation the equivalent in USD, which will be "100 USD". The price set in Amelia is 3000 EGP and this is what Amelia sends to Woocommerce Multi-currency "3000" and the currency "EGP", the end result in the checkout is "3000 USD" instead of having the amount converted to the equivalent amount of "100 USD"
Do you please have a fix?
You can do this using the plugin. You can either let it calculate the conversion for you, or you can hard code prices based on location.
Best would be to speak to the developer of that plugin in how to do it. I can't recall.
good luck!
Hello Smaer,
Please check the response of Ronnie and let us know if you were able to configure this.
