Loving Amelia by the way. I do not see the ability to arrange packages and services. For example...what if I want customers to select a category and then be presented with the services in that category FIRST and then the packs - now I have the single service at the bottom
I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what you want to achieve exactly? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of more screenshots?
In our booking form customer chooses a a category and service first and then the package popup is shown to them like this

The customer first sees the packages and then the service there is no option to set the layout in catalog form. If you want to show services first and then the packages you can use our step by step booking form. Each booking form works in a different way.
