Yes, this is due to the HighChart Engine default options.

They called this one "Title" , you can either edit that text in "Legend"/Title option,

or you can remove it by adding Custom CSS to the WP Page :

text.highcharts-axis-title {
    display: none !important;
}

Custom code needs to be applied to the page where the booking form is. Depending on what you're using (Gutenberg blocks, or some page builder), adding the CSS or JS can be done in a few different ways.

At the moment, there is no built-in option to completely remove this, other than adding CSS,
