I am configuring Amelia for a client, integrated with WooCommerce.
The problem we are having is that when a client makes a reservation, the selected time slot is enabled so that another client can reserve it. And what would help us is that said time slot is not available for your reservation for about 24 hours. Is that possible? In those 24 hours, the order must be completed, approving the reservation, or canceled, re-enabling the time interval.
When a customer makes an appointment, you have the option to control if that appointment is going to be approved, canceled and etc. Depending on the service settings, you can enable how many customers are able to book the same time slot.
There is no "time limit" for a time slot which will appear when the customer book an appointment. Certainly, you can control the appointments from the backend, but there is no "automatic" option that will let you set the limit (24h) after which the time interval will be available again.
You can suggest this as a feature on this link - Amelia Features
I hope i cleared a bit, but let me know if you have any other questions.
