1. Advance Notice for Rescheduling: Is there a feature in Amelia that allows us to inform customers that rescheduling their appointments needs to be done at least 3-2 days prior to the appointment date? We would like to make sure our customers are aware of this policy before they proceed to reschedule their appointments.

This can be done with the custom fields option. For example, you can make a custom field (text) and in the booking form, the customer will see this as a notice wheever they are about to finish the booking. Here is an example -

2. Partial Payment (Deposit) Option: We are interested in implementing a partial payment system where customers can pay a deposit during the online booking process. For example, if a service costs €30, we would like customers to be able to pay €15 online at the time of booking and the remaining €15 in-person during their appointment. Is this possible with the Amelia booking system?

In the Services tab, you have the option to select the deposit payment for a particular service. For example, you can set the fixed ammount or a percentage and later on the booking form, it will look like this
