Hello. I am about to develop a website for a spa. One big seller they have is gift cards ($$, not services). I couldn't find any information, except some outdated support answers. I this possible or is it on the roadmap??
PS I know the coupon function but it requires a lot of manual work.
We have coupons in Amelia and you can create and send our coupon and since you can use those we do not have gift vouchers as such on the road map. We don't have gift vouchers but we have an option for creating discount codes. These codes can be set and sent automatically in our notifications after the customer schedules X number of appointments or you can give on some other way to your customers. More about our coupons you can read here (below the "Payments" part).
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
