At the start of August my site crashed. I was able to get it fixed with my host. Amelia was not impacted to my knowledge at the time. Fast-forward and I log on to Amelia to find submissions that I was never emailed about. I then created my own submission and did not get any notifications. I tried resting the cache and deleting and retyping the emails. Was working prior.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

as we tried with our own Credentials,
and we can confirm that these SMTP credentials are correct because they work on our site,
this means that you have a PHP Mailer issue on your hosting server/WordPress.
You can reach out to your Hosting Support, and show them our screenshot,
they can also see some useful information about this issue on the link from the error https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Troubleshooting.
They should be able to find and fix this issue.
