I'm currently testing out the booking system before it goes live and I was wanting to test the new refund feature. I've tried with both test and live payments, which both went through. When I go to the Finance page it states there are transactions in the total counter at the top, but it's showing "There are no results" on the main section. I've tried removing all the filters and also adding specific filters related to the payments but it's the same result. Is there any information on this?
Can you please check in WordPress users if you have several roles added to this user? For example admin and employee.
If this is the case then you should know you can not be Admin and manager to admin and employee, etc at the same time since this leads to conflict within the plugin. You need to have only one role per user only admin or only manager or only employee. Every role has different permission and if you combine them Amelia can not function properly.
You need to disconnect other roles from that user and that mail and to create a separate user with separate mail for each role and make sure to purge the cache afterward.
After that Amelia should work properly again. Please do that and let us know how it goes.
Currently I have 1 admin user, 1 employee user and 3 customer users. All with separate names, emails and roles. Am I misunderstanding what I need to do with this?

Hi Marco,
Thank you for getting back to me.
Currently I have 1 admin user, 1 employee user and 3 customer users. All with separate names, emails and roles. Am I misunderstanding what I need to do with this?
Many thanks,
