    Even if I access the ‘Accounting’ page and select a date, the payment information is no longer displayed.

    Amelia version: 6.5

    ◎ Reproduction steps

    1. Access the Wordpress management screen as a user with Admin privileges and open Amelia’s ‘Accounting’ page
    2. Select the period to display using the filter
    3. Although it is displayed at the top of the screen that 15 items are applicable, payment information is not displayed(Please refer to the attached image.).

    ◎ Timing of occurrence 

    I probably confirmed this issue after upgrading to version 6.5. It is not investigated which version was updated from.

    Hello Yuji,

    thanks for reaching out to us.

    It has been noted that there is a bug with Finances in Amelia 6.5. It seems to happen to users that don't have any locations in Amelia.

    I'm sending over the Amelia Plugin with the fix inside. You will see the link in your inbox.

    The process of installing it will be as if you manually update your Plugin. You can first try through the WP back-end Dashboard.

    First, go to Amelia Settings/Activation, and make sure that the "Delete Amelia content" slider is disabled.

    Then, go to your Plugins section and deactivate the plugin.

     If you're using WordPress 5.8+, you'll be able to go to the Plugins section/Add New, and upload the file you previously downloaded.

    When you upload the file, WordPress will inform you that you're replacing the plugin with the new version, so just confirm that. 

    After the plugin is installed, activate it, and make sure to purge all cache from your website.
