We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I probably confirmed this issue after upgrading to version 6.5. It is not investigated which version was updated from.

thanks for reaching out to us.
It has been noted that there is a bug with Finances in Amelia 6.5. It seems to happen to users that don't have any locations in Amelia.
I'm sending over the Amelia Plugin with the fix inside. You will see the link in your inbox.
The process of installing it will be as if you manually update your Plugin. You can first try through the WP back-end Dashboard.
First, go to Amelia Settings/Activation, and make sure that the "Delete Amelia content" slider is disabled.
Then, go to your Plugins section and deactivate the plugin.
If you're using WordPress 5.8+, you'll be able to go to the Plugins section/Add New, and upload the file you previously downloaded.
When you upload the file, WordPress will inform you that you're replacing the plugin with the new version, so just confirm that.
After the plugin is installed, activate it, and make sure to purge all cache from your website.
