We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
Is there a way to show the current capacity of a service before booking it or during the booking process? I'm setting up a booking page for a pre-school for before and after school care. I thought it would be helpful to show how many remaining slots are available before the parent goes through the process of signing up for daycare only to find out there are no more openings available. Especially in the case of signing up multiple children where there may be room for one or two but not the number the parent needs.
Thanks!
jill
Hello Jill,
thanks for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/
We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more vote the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi Stefan,
I found two suggestions already in the system so I added my vote and comments. Thank you!
Is there a way to see the total number of customers signed up for a service on the backend? For example on the site I'm working on, if five parents sign up children for day care in the 7:30am to 8:00am timeslot for a given day, can we view on the backend how many total children have been signed up? I can see each individual customer appointment with the number they purchased, but without adding one up manually, I can't see how many kids were signed up for that day and timeslot. Hopefully that makes sense. I do see we can export out a csv file so maybe that's the only way to get a count for the day?
Thank you!
jill
Hello Jil,
in the appointment tab, there is a number of spots that shows how many customers are booked for an appointment.
If I select 2 additional people, in the appointment tab, you will see the number of spots 3 (customer + 2 additional)
Certainly, you can try to export the data in CSV.
Please, let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
