Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
My step by step booking form isn't showing on mobile. It does however show on desktop completely fine.
Although not under the same purchase code. i also have a client who is having the same issues. https://mac-tuning.co.uk/
Desktop works, but mobile does not show.
I have tried re-uploading the code twice. caching, all the usual stuff, but it's not working.
www.117speed.co.uk is the url under this account - https://mac-tuning.co.uk/ is my clients account.
thanks
Hello Louis,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We went on your link and we can not see the booking of Amelia anywhere on the desktop
Please check if you can see the booking form on the front when you are loggen in as an admin? Also you can check from the incognito mode and you should not be able to see the booking form on laptop also.
If this is the case then the reason why the form is not visible for non-logged-in users is not in Amelia, but instead in your security settings. They're either configured in a Security plugin (if you have any), or they're on your server's side.
The best option would be to reach out to your hosting provider, send them the link of the booking page and tell them exactly what you told us - you can see the page when you're logged in as an admin, but you can't see it from an incognito window (or when you're logged out). They should be able to lift the block, so admin-ajax calls are sent for non-logged-in users also.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic
