This should work "out of the box". For example, i have a service 1 duration 1h, service 2 duration 30 minutes.

I've made a package with those two services. 

And on the booking process, you will see the option to choose the time/price for both services

Let me see if understand this correctly. You have Service A with the duration of 30 minutes, and then the custom duration of 1h added as the option. This service is the only service in the Package. When a customer chooses that package, there is only one time offered?

That's correct. Amelia won't read that there is a custom pricing in service settings (it will only read the service duration) and also, currently, there is no option to set the custom pricing for a package.
