How does an assigned employee to a service confirm a pending appointment?? Not able to do this other than an admin logging in and approving it. the employee not being able to via the employee panel defeats the purpose of the pending appointment status..

Thank you for reaching out to us.
For that purpose, you will have to enable the "Manage their appointments" option on the Amelia/Settings/Roles/Employees page.
