How do I enable SMS notifications to be sent to employee phone number?
The email notifications are not working and I've recharged the SMS and those aren't going through to my employee either.

Please, follow the instructions found on this link regarding the SMS - Amelia SMS. Here you can find detailed instructions on how to set up SMS notifications.
As for the email notifications, we recommend using the SMTP protocol. We strongly recommend changing mail service setting to SMTP or Mailgun because the email that is sent with PHP Mail generally gets flagged as spam by mail servers and also can take some time to send.
