On my client's site we have say 10 different service pages and when we link to the booking we can only link to the main booking page https://beautymanors.com/booking/ and then the user has to select the service again.
Is there a way we can append the URL with something like ?eyebrow-waxing to jump them one step further along the booking process? So https://beautymanors.com/booking/?eyebrow-waxing
This would greatly improve the user experience and save users having to start at the beginning when we already know which service they want to book because they came from a specific service page.
If this isn't possible, could you add it to your roadmap for the future, because I think it would be a massive improvement on how the booking system works currently.
I don't want to use shortcodes to show different booking forms on different pages.
I want to have one booking page and all pages link to this but I want the ability to use a variable URL like ?eyebrow-waxing on the end so it jumps into a specific category.
This can't be achieved with shortcodes and we only want one booking form and booking page, not multiple.
Am I right in thinking you haven't added a way to do this yet? If not, I hope it can be added to the roadmap.
No, unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. We are not sure to be honest that this will be developed in the future but it all depends on number of user that make this request and to be honest this is the first time that I see this kind of request, but we encourage you to kindly consider submitting this valuable suggestion as a feature request through the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/. The prioritization of feature development is greatly influenced by the number of customer requests received. By participating and expressing your support, you contribute significantly to the potential expedited implementation of this feature.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
Ah, okay, that's a shame. I will see if I can hire someone to build this in as a third party plugin as it would make the plugin much better for our needs.
With most tools I use where there's an option to jump to a specific section or accordion etc I would target the ID with a variable URL like I explained and that means we can link to specific sections from different pages.
If I manage to get a solution built I'll be sure to share it but I have added it to the feature requests.
Are you able to comment on whether it would be a lot of work to incorporate this feature? I imagined that because it's all contained and uses javascript that this would be a pretty easy change from your end but I may be wrong?
We thank you for your suggestion but unfortunately, we can not say how much development will require because we receive a lot of requests for personal customization each day and unfortunately our developers do not accept personal customization projects at this time because they are really busy in a complete redesign of Amelia at this time. We can contact you once and if they start accepting personal customization projects if you wish.

Hello again David,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
There is no such feature exactly but you can show specific services on separate pages via our shortcodes like this for example
You can find list of our shortcodes in this article Amelia Shortcodes and Front-end Implementation
Hope this helps.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
