Just to point out that Amelia doesn't have integration with Skype. There is integration with Google Calendar/Meet, Outlook Calendar and Zoom integration. With the integration enabled, you can add placeholders in the notification templates, for example, %google_meet_url% or %zoom_join_url%.
When the appointment is approved, the customer gets an email with the details inside the notification template.

How can I use Amelia to book online appointment and once booked and they pay it sends confirmation with Skype for meeting and calls?
