We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I have been trying for a long time now to resolve my clients' mail settings for Amelia. Unfortunately all mails sent out end up in the spam. I have followed and tried your steps in detail but unfortunately it does not work. I have also set up an account with Mailgun in the hope that it would work, but it still doesn't work. Can you please assist me with this ? What do you need from me to solve this once and for all? We have a lot of customers who have this problem....
Hello Bilal,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, we can not do anything about this this is not related to Amelia at all. Amelia doesn't do anything except trigger an email to be sent using your credentials.
Just like installing any desktop email program, entering the same credentials, and using them.
There is nothing in our plugin that would flag emails as SPAM.
Maybe the content of the emails does that - every mailing provider has keywords and looks at how many times someone has received an email with the same or similar content.
If someone receives an email with similar content 20 times, it might be flagged as spam. You can read more about how to prevent mail from going to spam at the following link https://movableink.com/blog/how-to-prevent-emails-from-going-to-spam. Hope this helps.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
