Hi, I would like to know if there is any option to create a new customer from the employees panel. It could be very helpful when you have to make a reservation for a on site client or when they ask you for help (old people). The only option I could find was only with clients already saved in the data base but employees can't make a reservation with new client.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Customer can not create emplyoee yet but there is a chance that this will be implemented in the future. The more votes some feature has the greater is the possibility thyt it will be immented so In light of this, we encourage you to kindly consider submitting this valuable suggestion as a feature request through the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/. The prioritization of feature development is greatly influenced by the number of customer requests received. By participating and expressing your support, you contribute significantly to the potential expedited implementation of this feature.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
When you have several questions or issues, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.
Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
Thank you for understanding.
We do not have such a bug, an employee can only approve the appointment that are booked with him/her and this can not be transferred to another employee.
Can you please check in WordPress users if you have several roles added to this user? For example admin and employee. Or if your employee has the same mail as admin or manager?
If this is the case then you should know you can not be Admin and manager to admin and employee, etc at the same time since this leads to conflict within the plugin. You need to have only one role per user only admin or only manager or only employee. Every role has different permission and if you combine them Amelia can not function properly.
You need to disconnect other roles from that user and that mail and to create a separate user with separate mail for each role and make sure to purge the cache afterward.
After that Amelia should work properly again. Please do that and let us know how it goes.
