If using the woocommerce integration, is it possible to edit the order once created in WooCommerce. For instance suppose someone books and hour, but they stay for 90 minutes. We need to be able to update the order prior to sending the invoice to bill for the extra time.

Any order that has not been paid is editable in WooCommerce. Does your plugin create a standard order in WooCommerce, or is it somehow locked based upon the information provided by the plugin? Do you have anyone using your plugin in a real world business environment?
Hello Bob,
In regards to this, WooCommerce handles the payment status part and Amelia can be connected to WooCoommerce order status with the following options:
You can choose which appointment, event, and package status in Amelia will match which order status in WooCommerce. When you change the order status in WooCommerce it will automatically be changed in Amelia. By default, you have three rules for status correlation, “On-hold”, “Processing” and “Completed”, but by clicking on the “Add rule” you can create more correlation between Amelia and WooCommerce statuses. When you click on that button a new section will appear with the following options, that you need to set:
Hope this helps you.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
