In order to have different time slot for the booking of en event, i used the option of "Personalized Price" inside the event and set the time slot as "name" (i found this tip on your tickets)
The problem is that the order of the "time slot" (name) does not follow alphabetic order or the order in which i set the time slot. I need them in order like:
09:00 - 10:00
10:00 - 10:30
10:30 - 11:00
etc
Each event shows a different, random, order of the time slot.
Hello Marko! Thank you for the help here but unfortunately it still does not work.
I followed your instructions for the first event and the order was ok.
When i duplicate the event (i have several events in different dates and locations but with the same time structure) the order is again random in the new event.
So basically i need to create from scratch every single event in order to have this. But it's too time consuming and it's not feasible.
Is there any other thing you can do to help us with this? Is there any chance to personalize the order of time slot (alphabetical order)? We can also ask our developer to act on the code but we need to know where the setup must be done.
We sincerely appreciate your efforts in bringing this matter to our attention. Regrettably, we are currently unable to address this issue immediately.
We managed to reproduce this behavior and we understand how it can be tedious when you need to set this for every event. Unfortunately, we can't do anything about this right now, what we can tell you is that we have already forwarded this issue together with your ticket to our developers so that they can look at this and test it in more detail. We hope that this can be resolved and that a fix for this will be implemented in the future, but at the moment, unfortunately, we cannot promise you anything, a lot more testing needs to be done so that we can test and see if this can be accomplished.
We do apologize for the inconvenience hopefully our developers will be able to resolve this in the future.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that the ticket are designed to be listed from the lowest price to the highest. They also told me that we will be implementing more option to the ticketing system but at this time we can not give you any eta. But they have this in the plan for the future.

Hello Fabio,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The ticket should be shown in order that you have created
and
But if you add time slot afterward it will disrupt the order
So when you create an event you need to set it up in first try if you lated add more ticket the order will be different.
Hope this helps.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,

Thank you Marko.
If you'll find any useful information for our direct intervention on the code it would be very much appreciated.
