Customers are seeing a time shift of 4 hours on their final step of booking an event in the Event Booking Form 2.0. It's the "Congratulations" step/form. Where is this getting its timezone information from?
Amelia doesn't have any time zone settings, and it relies on WordPress' General settings. And if you have enabled show time slots in customer time zone then they see the time slots in time zone that is set on their device.
Hope this exaplins it.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
