We went on your site and we could not replicate the issue. When we try to create event with tag we can do that without any issues
Also we went to check on your page but we can not see the issue that you have sent in screenshots
As far see we can see everything is working fine if you are experiencing the issue still please send us short one minute video so that we can take another look from your perspective.
No worries, the only way for deleting Events' tags is in your database, unfortunately. There isn't a possibility of deleting them in the WP back-end.
So, you need to access your database, open the wp_amelia_events_tags table (it can have another prefix rather than wp_ depending on your database), and delete the tags you don't want to use anymore.
This will on the other hand save you the trouble to re sort your events in order for unwanted tags to not show up.

I created an event with new tag a few days ago.
Today I'm not able to add tags to events.
Furthermore, the event is shown with other tag name in the title.

No worries, the only way for deleting Events' tags is in your database, unfortunately. There isn't a possibility of deleting them in the WP back-end.
