If I understand well, the location is linked to the company + each employee.
In my case, the company has only 1 employee that works locally for one category of services + online for another category. Both categories need appointments. How can I precise those 2 locations for the same employee ? How can I differentiate the notifications (appointment confirmation) for the 2 locations ?
You need to create locations in locations section, and then you can set locations in your employee work hours like this
But if your employee is working on several services at the same time in this case both services will ba available in both locations and in this case you would need to create 2 employees that will work on each service on separate locations.
As for different notifications, you can do that easily. You can create a new notification for each service in notifications section. And you can set that only that notifications is sent only for that service.
This should help.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
"You can create a new notification for each service in notifications section. And you can set that only that notifications is sent only for that service."
It works fine for services, but what about packages ? Each time, the sent notification is the default one, not the customized one.
We are not sure what the issue is exactly, you have a notification called package purchased. This notification is sent when they purchase a package. And later when they book an appointment from a package in customer panel the notification that is set for that service should be sent. Also, you have option there to choose to only send this notification for that service. Can you please check ih you have enabled that?
