Is it possible to configure a separate E -Mail notification, sent only after creating a Customer account? This email should contain an invitation to set the password.
My problem is a little more complicated. I will try to describe what's going on.
Customer buys a Package through Woocommerce as a payment gateway. After displaying Thank You Page, Customer receives an email with % customer_panel_url %. But as long as it has an open browser window, it is immediately redirected and automatically logged to his account in the Customer Panel, with an unknown password.
In particular, at this moment he cannot buy another Package, because Woocommerce tells him to log in. If the user opens a new window and enter % customer_panel_url %, he is asked to enter the email address and password he does not know. A hopeless situation :(
The question is: how to force the user to change the (unknown) password immediately after purchasing its first Package and the WP+WooCommerce+Amelia create his new account? Is there a link or so, that allows customer to set up a new password?
The "Automatically Create Amelia Customer User" option must be selected. Without it, WooCommerce integration doesn't make sense.
Please read what I wrote below. The description of the situation is still accurate. I can't redirect the Customer directly to the password reset form. When clicking the link received in the email, the Customer is already logged into their profile with an temporary password and has to go through additional, completely non-obvious steps to set their new password.
My question is: How can I make it so that the Customer, after clicking the link received in the email, is directed straight to the new password setup form? Without going through unnecessary steps like expanding the list under their email address, selecting the "My Profile" option, and ultimately clicking the "Change Password" button.
to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.

I'm trying to understand how Amelia works. I've been browsing the forum and constantly searching for an answer to my question, and I found a statement by Stanislav in the attachment.
It's clear from this that my line of thinking is correct, and it must be doable!
Perhaps the issue lies in the fact that Amelia doesn't recognize the Customer as a first-time login?
Basically if the customers click on the "Customer Panel" button after booking an appointment and they have booked for the first time and they are created as a customer, they will get the "Create a password" button will pop up, where they will be able to create their password.
Hope this helps you.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Does the same apply in the case of purchasing a Package without making a booking? Maybe it makes a difference?
In my case, the "create a password" popup does not open. The Customer goes to the Customer Panel already logged in with a some temporary password. What could be the reason for this behavior? It seems that somewhere the information, that this is a new Customer first-time login, is being lost. SMTP configuration? Incorrect format of the %customer_panel_url%?"

I think in the meantime I found a solution to my problem. I need disable option "Automatically Create Amelia Customer User".
I keep testing. If necessary, let me ask for help again.
Hello Mark,
I am looking forward to your update on this.

Hi Uros,
I only need to enable the option described in your documentation. Please take a look at the attachment.
Tell me, how can I send the Customer to the password creation form?
Attached files: Screenshot_12.jpg
Another example. Screenshot from Marko's explanation.
Please help me find the cause of % customer_panel_url % not working as described on my site.
