We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello! My client offers camps for kids. One of their camps is for school holidays. They would like to have a recurring event that is on all these random days (not intervals). Is that possible?
And then - on one page - click (some or all) of the dates that they want to register for.
Hello Shannon,
thanks for reaching out to us.
Amelia has an option for recurring events. For example, you can set the event to be recurring daily, weekly, monthly, yearly.
When added, events on the frontend page can be selected separately.
It would look like something like this
You can find more information regarding the Amelia Event and recurring option on this link - Amelia Events
You can buy our license and try Amelia out. We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee, and in that period of time, you test everything and see if Amelia fits your needs.
Please, let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

As I previously mentioned, my client's events are at random intervals (school holidays). Is it possible to do a recurring event and input the specific date(s) (not the interval)?
Hello Shannon,
it is not possible to set random dates for one same "recurring event".
For the Event itself, you can set it up to happen over the course of multiple days, and set any random dates for that one Event, but for the "repeat interval," it is only possible to set fixed times at the moment. (as mentioned previously)
In regards to your use case, If each of these School Holidays will repeat at the same time each year, (suppose they are not random) you could set up several school holiday events, and set each of them to reoccur yearly. This is the workaround because for a "recurring event" you can only set the fixed repeat intervals.
Please, let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
