Hey, hope all is well. I'm very new to the plugin, so just getting used to all the tools available. I was able to find a list of shortcodes, but the one specific thing I'm looking for doesn't seem to be on here: https://wpamelia.com/amelia-shortcodes/
Is there a way to do a search/listing based on the employees (or coaches for this specific site?) My client wants to build out a site where customers can look through golf coaches, see their reviews/zipcodes/bios etc... select a coach... and then book the coach through the site.
From what I'm seeing, I can only show services and packages, not the employees themselves... but all the information we'd need to search by coach is actually already inputted on the employee pages... we'd just need the actual shortcode functionality. So maybe you already have that functionality (its just not listed), or maybe its in the pipeline?
Do you also happen to have individual pages for each employee, that lists their description, location, etc?
On another note, I entered in the work hours for employee2 on our site, but when you go to schedule an appointment with that employee, a customer can select hours outside of the time range that I put in. Is that a bug... or am I doing something wrong?
Do you also happen to have individual pages for each employee, that lists their description, location, etc? - No, unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. You need to create a separate page for each emplyoee and there you can add their bio and all description, etc and then you can add our booking form which will only show services that are specific for that employee only via our shortcode for example like this
[ameliastepbooking employee=1] if you want to show the booking form for the employee with ID 1,
When you set employee work hours make sure that you double save like this
And when you check this or test book make sure that you test form incognito window.
Also if you are in a different time zone then that emplyoee it will show you different time slot as available. Please check that also and let us know how it goes.
If you have any new questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
Coolio. Do you think you will offer this sometime down the road, in a future update to this plugin? Would be cool if our customers could search through our coaches using a zipcode, see which coaches are available/they like, then go to their individual pages (like a product page) and schedule lessons there.
Seems like all the backend info is there for you guys to build this, just need the actual UI to be built.
At this time we plan to implement rating feature in Amelia for anything beyond that we can not say at this time but In light of this we will forward this to our developers as a suggestion, and we encourage you to kindly consider submitting this valuable suggestion as a feature request through the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/. The prioritization of feature development is greatly influenced by the number of customer requests received. By participating and expressing your support, you contribute significantly to the potential expedited implementation of this feature.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
When you have several questions or issues, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.
Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
Thank you for understanding.
Please check what is the timezone on your WordPress and what is the time zone set in the employee modal for an employee. Also if you have enabled show time slots in customer time zone please check what is the time zone set on your laptop?

I'm still having trouble employee work hours. Here I set up employee "Rich Abele"s Work Hours on the back-end:
I saved everything. Seems like he should be active from M-F from 9am-5pm on weekdays and 9am-7pm on weekends.
But when I go to the homepage, the hours are all way off:
Its showing 5am time slots... and then time slots all the way to 12:30pm. Why is this happening?
Appreciate your help on this matter.
