We are having a monthly event "Reiki 2 Meet" which was working perfectly. We now are having difficulty to book for the event because the options to select or deselect are disable.

You have enable option booking closes when event starts
And you have sent us a ticket on the 13th at 9.59 and the event started at 13th at 09.00
So for that reason, no one else could book, because it has started already. If you want to allow our customers to book the event after the event has started you just need to turn this option off and that is it.
