You advertise on your website (https://wpamelia.com/pricing) before purchase that the purchase of your plugin includes 24/7 support. My calendar still does not work (it does not synchronize with Microsoft 365). This is critical for my business and renders the plugin useless. You still have done nothing to resolve my tickets apart from posting something that is not helpful. The last reply was around 6pm yesterday. I fail to see how this is 24/7. Could it be that this is a bit of an exaggeration in order to get people to purchase your product?

Please note that we are not working on weekends.
