We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Whenever I go in to edit an employees profile it immediately autofill's my personal email into the phone number field and autofill's my personal password for the site into the employee panel password field, I don't understand why this would happen. I have to delete the phone field and the employee panel password field every time before I make any changes to the employee otherwise it will accidentally send them an email saying their password has changed, and show them my password.
This is unacceptable behavior for a plugin and it is really dangerous and a breach of privacy. Please make this a top priority to get resolved as quickly as possible. Just set the fields in backend employee editor to not autofill data. I can't think of a single circumstance where that would be useful
Hello Ethan,
sorry for the late reply.
Autofill is related to Google Autofill. For example, if you save your WP admin credentials to Google Autofill, it will automatically populate the phone and employee panel with those credentials. You can disable this in the Google Password Manager.
Please, let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

I understand that google is doing the autofill, but this should be an extremely easy solution for your team of developers to stop google from autofilling on the backend employee settings. it is as simple as adding this code "autocomplete="off" onto the <form> element"
There is absolutely no reason autofill would ever be helpful in this instance, only harmful
Hello Ethan,
we appreciate your feedback. It is always useful when users are suggesting changes in order to improve customer experience. I was referring to Google Autofill as i temporary solution.
You can always suggest this as a feature on this link - Amelia Features
Please, let me know if you have any other questions.
