Anyone else have the problem that Microsoft 365 has stopped syncing properly since the last updates? Slots that should be shown as busy and hence unavailable as being displayed as bookable and the user then gets an "error message along the lines that the slot is not available when they try and complete the booking process. Any quick fix on this one. I am having to revert back to seeing clients a link to youcanbook.me which is defeats the object of buying this plugin!
This problem seems to have changed within the last hour. Now slots appear which should not appear as available and you can book them but they do not get entered into the Microsoft calendar. Even worse. Can someone reply to this ticket please? This is really severe for me. I am having to build a workaround in youcanbook.me (your competition) which is costing me a lot of time.
Can you please reconnect the Outlook calendar to the employee and test it out. Also, you can increase the "Maximum Number Of Events Returned" option as well on the Amelia/Settings/Integrations/Outlook Calendar page?
??? I am not sure what I am supposed to do with that Uros. The outlook calendar is not linked to any specific employee in the plugin settings, it is an "integration" within the general settings. Also there is not such option listed "Maximum Number Of Events Returned".
okay, so you can only disconnect and reconnect the outlook calendar if you have more than one employee (I am only one person in my business). Bizarrely you cannot do that for the first employee, only for the second one (I created ax extra text employee). Still does not work. Increasing the max number of events which is called "max number of recurring events" also does not work
I think I have identified the bug. Let's suppose I have an appointment in my MS calendar at 15:30-16:45 and that this appointment was not entered via Amelia. Amelia will show 15:15 to 16:15 (for a service with a duration of 1 hr) as a possible time for a client to book. It will also allow you to book 16:45 to 17:45. Amelia is just checking to see if the starting point for the appointment suggestion is clear but not to see if the whole service duration makes sense and is clear in the calender.

Firstly, where there is non-existent support (as is the case here) although you promise "premium 24/7 support" you really need to consider if your business can afford to stay with the solution being offered. Secondly, if the product does not support synchronization with Microsoft, then change to Microsoft. Thankfully Microsoft bookings is an excellent product that really works. I have spent around 15 hours over this weekend to implement this solution. Advice to anyone else out there: do not buy this product, it does not work and you will not get any support.

Please note that we do n ot work on weekends and that is why we were unable to respond to your ticket during the weekend.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
