We have the Master Details plugin set up to use a page template. Is there a way to have each "detail page" have a unique URL? Right now they all just share the template URL and there's no way for our site visitors to link/share the details they've selected.

You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like ( it is also available in the plugin dashboard), where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

unfortunately with our current plugin's capabilities, this is not possible.
Right now, as we pointed out in this Documentation,
if you visit this custom page directly, placeholders will be replaced with empty strings,
so data will be populated only when you access this page from our table by clicking on Row or Button, depending on your configuration.
