In the Email notifications, the clients are getting the time zone. However, in the Employee Notification, it doesn't show up. I have attached the relevant screenshots of the emails
We have tested this and we could not replicate the issue
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
We now have a new version of Amelia. When the plugin is not up to date it can have all sorts of issues you need to update to the latest version of the plugin so that we can try to help you.
When it comes to the old version of the plugin, we can not know exactly what the issue is because it is already an outdated version that is not maintained.
Please update to the latest version and let us know has that resolved the issue.
You can download Amelia from your profile in our store.
We are sending you a short instruction on how to update Amelia to the latest version.
Go to Amelia Settings/Activation, and make sure that the "Delete Amelia content" slider is disabled.
Then, go to your Plugins section and deactivate the plugin. If you're using WordPress 5.8+, you'll be able to go to the Plugins section/Add New, and upload the file you previously downloaded.
When you upload the file, WordPress will inform you that you're replacing the plugin with the new version, so just confirm that. After the plugin is installed, activate it, and make sure to purge all cache from your website.
Hello
I can see that there is a %time_zone% place holder in the email notification setup.
However, when I add it to the email, it doesn't show up. Can you please tell me how to use it?
Hello again Sandeepa,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Customers can see the time zone during booking like this
and then when they book they can get the time zone in which they have booked in notifications like this
You need to enable option in general settings called Show booking slots in client time zone like this
And then customer will see the time slots in their time zone.
Hope this helps.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
