Would it be possible for the admin to deduct the appointment slots manually? Say deduct the number of appointment slots left from 23 to 20.
Separately from the above, would it be possible to set a different value or number of appointment slots each service is worth? Say service 1 would cost 2 appointment slots, while service 2 would cost 3 appointment slots.
It might be easier to just sell the service packages separately, but that is not flexible enough. And in our case, service 1 and service 2 are actually related, it's actually a service with different pricing, based on which day it was booked. It will cost $200 on a weekday, while $300 on a weekend.
1. Would it be possible for the admin to deduct the appointment slots manually? Say deduct the number of appointment slots left from 23 to 20. - You can not deduct the appointment you can only book an appointment for a customer
2. Separately from the above, would it be possible to set a different value or number of appointment slots each service is worth? Say service 1 would cost 2 appointment slots, while service 2 would cost 3 appointment slots. - Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. But when you create a package you can decide how many appointments customer can book for each service like this

And in our case, service 1 and service 2 are actually related, it's actually a service with different pricing, based on which day it was booked. It will cost $200 on a weekday, while $300 on a weekend. The price of a service can be different per employee. So you can assigned 2 employee where emplyoee A will work on work days and employee B can work on weekends. Price per employee can be set in employee modal in assigned services.
When you have several questions or issues, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.
Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
