Customizing Amelia

Looking to remove the visibility of some features irrelevant to our business and customize our customer experience.

    1. There is no need to choose employees, can we eliminate this option?

    2. Can we set location-wide business hours / availability? If the only solution is to create an 'employee' profile for each location and have their hours be the business hours, can we then hide the other employees and the 'locations' option?

    3. We need the customer to schedule an intake service before scheduling other services available in packages. How can we achieve this yet give them the option to schedule their other services in their customer panel?

    4. Can Amelia provide information to Fluent CRM send email templates with appointment information?

    Thank you so much!

Also wondering if there is an option to have some services be unlimited within packages.

    Hello Austin,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. You can hide the Employee field on the Amelia/Customize page.

    2. I guess that the first point also applies to the second point as well.

    3. 4. Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/

We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more vote the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.

    Hope this helps you.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Kind Regards,
