We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I want to create an event with 2 different prices or tickets to choose. When I put the shortcode in elementor to show the events calendar, is it possible to choose just one of the prices to show?
For example, Event "Dancing class " has two prices :
5 € for some people
Free for some other people.
So I have two different pages on my website, one public and the other one is private. So when I put the events calendar in elementor in the private page, I want the event to show the free ticket and when I put the same events calendar on the public page I want it to show the 5€ ticket. Is that possible?
Or is there any other way to do something like this without having to create two different events?
Thank you!
Hello Julia,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
At the moment, here is how the price display for events functions. If you have two different prices for an event. One is 0$ and the other is 30$. On the front-end, it will be displayed the following way:
From 0.00$
There is no option to change the display of the prices on the event booking forms on the front-end.
Hope this helps you.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
