Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
We have noted this issue and passed it to our developer to fix it. In the meantime, you can switch over to the event list booking form 2.0 with the following shortcode:
Even though I have "require password for login" checked, the email link that is created for the customer portal access does ask the user to set a password the first time, but if I use the same link again, it passes me right into the portal with no password, even with all cookies cleared.
I am not sure that is functioning in a secure manner
When a user signs up for an event, a WP user is not being created and the link to the panel is not being sent
I have this configured in user and roles

The event booking email successfully sends

no, all the other notification emails are sent, but not the customer panel one
I did a work around and just inserted the customer panel link in the booking event email
But the notification marked specifically for the portal login is not going out
One other security bug I have noticed
Even though I have "require password for login" checked, the email link that is created for the customer portal access does ask the user to set a password the first time, but if I use the same link again, it passes me right into the portal with no password, even with all cookies cleared.
I am not sure that is functioning in a secure manner
Hello Mark,
Thank you for the update on this.
I will have this passed to our testers and will provide you with an update as soon as possible.
I appreciate your patience.
