Sometimes clients book and pay using the front end. That works perfectly. However, mostly, I create bookings for my client after a therapy session. And then, after each session I invoice the clients and charge their credit card they've provided using stripe.
Sometimes. when I'm back to back with clients, I forget to charge them. Most definitely there are times I haven't charged my clients because I forget.
I'd like to know how I can automatically invoice and charge my client after a session. Or how I can keep track of which client has paid and which hasn't.
I don't want to use the stripe payment link, because then the client may or may not pay the invoice. I like it when I can charge their credit card myelf.
A button next to each appointment, showing if said booking has been paid, and if not, to click a button that opens stripe, and creates an invoice automatically.
I understand that this a feature request.
Perhaps if I integrated this with WooCommerce, invoice could be automatically generated after an appointment has been generated? And if so, how can I do this?
Unfortunately, the Invoice feature is currently not within Amelia's built-in features. We are working on implementing it as a feature on future updates but there is no ETA at this moment.
I will escalate this to LVL2 support and they will take a deeper look. As soon as I have an answer, I will provide an update.
Thank you for your patience and sorry for the inconvenience.
I've got feedback. Basically, some sort of workaround can be done with the Payment link option. If you enable this option, customers can pay through email. For this option to work you need to add new payment link placeholders to the message templates, but you can add a woo-commerce payment link in the email template.
In this way, when you make an appointment from the backend, customers will receive an email with the woo-commerce link and when they pay, an invoice can be generated.
