We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I am evaluating Amelia plugin software to set up a booking system in our language school. We offer synchronous online learning but I have not seen language schools as your main customer targets. I am wondering why and whether there is some support or documentation to implement this plugin specifically for educational schools or not. Is there any documentation about it? is there any specific model we can apply? Is there any support within Amelia or outside we can use to customize the plugin? Any developer's community?
Please help us answering these questions in order to decide whether Amelia is the right software to purchase for us.
Hello Roberto,
Thank you for expressing interest in the Amelia plugin.
At the moment, we do not have documentation for educators, but we have plenty of users to use it for such purposes.
If you have any specific questions about this case, I will gladly assist you with it.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Hi there,
Thanks. Just the questions asked.
is there any specific model we can apply for schools? Is there any support within Amelia or outside we can use to customize the plugin? Any developer's community?
Best regards
Roberto
Hello Roberto,
Thank you for reaching back out to us.
Since you have an educational website, I would propose that you create each teacher as employee and assign specific services (subject) to each employee or teacher in your case. The working hours for employees determine when the time slots will be available for services.
I would also suggest that you check out our demo websites to see how Amelia functions and get a better grasp of the functionality that we offer.
I wanted to check with you about what exactly you would like to customize in the Amelia plugin.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
